1. About Prototyper
Prototyper.com is operated by a sole proprietor. Contact: Email Prototyper.
These terms explain use of our website and client workspace. Paid services require a separate written project agreement. Creating an account or submitting a brief does not purchase services or authorise a charge.
2. Concepts and service scope
Prototyper provides website planning, UX/UI design and interactive-prototyping services. Portfolio concepts are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise. They are not promises of financial results, working third-party integrations or production-ready software.
A prototype demonstrates an intended experience. Production development, deployment, maintenance, accessibility certification or technical integration is included only when expressly stated in the agreed scope.
3. Starting a project
Before paid work starts, a written agreement must identify deliverables, fees and any applicable taxes, payment schedule, milestones, estimated timing, revision scope, cancellation arrangements and intellectual-property rights. Any customer or billing registration details applicable to the transaction will be supplied in that agreement and the relevant invoice. Do not assume that a website estimate is a binding quotation.
Changes outside the agreed scope require agreement on their effect on price and timing. Delays in required information or feedback can affect the delivery schedule. Nothing here allows unilateral changes to an agreed price or removal of mandatory rights.
4. Your private workspace
Provide accurate account details, keep credentials private and notify us of suspected misuse. Access is limited to authorised projects assigned to the account. Do not attempt to access another client’s materials or bypass access controls.
Reviews, approvals and change requests are recorded against the relevant version. Read the review package and acceptance criteria before approving. An approval confirms the recorded project decision; it is not payment authorisation or a waiver of statutory rights. The milestones-approved metric represents sign-off, not a guarantee of estimated development completion.
5. Materials and intellectual property
Supply only material you have the right to use and share. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, unnecessary sensitive personal information or material infringing another person’s rights. Ownership and licensing of client material, source files, third-party assets and final deliverables are defined in the project agreement. No ownership transfer is implied merely by viewing or downloading a prototype.
Do not represent our branding or portfolio work as your own. Third-party services and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Availability and support
The website and portal may need maintenance or experience service interruptions. Report access issues or incorrect records to Email Prototyper. We do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, nor limit mandatory consumer remedies through these terms.
7. Consumer rights, where applicable
If you purchase as a consumer rather than for your trade or profession, mandatory consumer protections apply. For a distance service contract, a consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement identifying the agreement to Email Prototyper or our business correspondence address.
Work during that period requires the consumer’s express request. If a consumer withdraws after requesting early performance, only a proportionate amount for services actually supplied may be payable where the legal requirements are met. Loss of the withdrawal right after full performance requires the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement. We do not infer these from account signup or a dashboard approval. Additional rules for digital content apply where relevant. The project agreement must provide the transaction-specific pre-contract information and withdrawal instructions.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Email Email Prototyper with the project reference, issue and requested remedy. Consumer complaints are considered without charge, with a reasoned written response within 14 days of receipt. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, you may contact Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT). This does not prevent access to a competent court or another applicable dispute-resolution body.
9. Applicable law and changes
Lithuanian law applies subject to any mandatory protections available to consumers under the law applicable to them. These terms do not impose an exclusive forum that removes a consumer’s lawful options. A separate project agreement governs its agreed commercial scope; mandatory law takes precedence.
We may update these website terms prospectively. An update does not retrospectively change an existing project agreement without the required agreement or legal basis. For personal-data handling, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Settings.
